We offer refunds only on non customised / personalised items. 

These have to be posted back in its original packaging and posted back within 14 days . Please send a refund request by email to [email protected] quoting your order no and a refund address will be sent to you by email. 

Once received a refund of the item price without delivery costs will be issued to you via PayPal or to your bank account . 

Personalised and custom gift items are made based on individual orders and cannot be refunded
